I believe that comprehensive college counseling should be accessible to every student. In January 2021, I joined Green Halo Scholars as the first Program Director after serving as a mentor for the organization. My experience in college admissions, college counseling, and nonprofit organizations has allowed me to immediately get to work expanding the reach of Green Halo Scholars.
I graduated from Purdue University with a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership and a graduate certificate in College Counseling from the University of California—San Diego. For five years, I worked as Assistant Director of Admissions at Purdue University, helping thousands of families navigate their college journey and making decisions on nearly 10,000 applications. I live in the southwest suburbs with my husband, Billy, and our Soft Coated Wheaten Terrier, Ivy.
