Lisa Polezoes is Chief Human Resources Officer at Pregis, where she leads the global human resources organization and is responsible for developing and executing talent strategies that support the company’s growth and long-term business objectives.
Lisa is a collaborative and results-driven executive with over 20 years of experience in strategic human resources leadership across both private equity and publicly traded organizations. Her expertise includes workforce planning, talent acquisition and retention, organizational development, and the design of internship and early-career talent programs that strengthen organizational pipelines.
She has held leadership roles with companies such as Prime360, Cabot Microelectronics, and CTS Corporation, serving 1,000-5,000 employees in up to 11 countries.
In addition to her corporate leadership, Lisa is committed to community impact and workforce development. From 2019 to 2022, she served as a facilitator for Job Readiness Classes, helping individuals build critical skills to successfully enter and thrive in the workforce.
Lisa holds a Bachelor of Science in Institutional Management from Purdue University and an MBA with a concentration in Finance from Benedictine University. She resides in Wheaton, Illinois, with her family and enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, and attending sporting events.
